Major Assignments

  • Internal documentation and business analysis support for Compaq Revolution 2000 project, which was a deployment of a web-based customer relations management (CRM) system, customized from Octane software (now E.piphany) by the Revolution 2000 team of developers
  • Document formatting and editing support for team of business analysts

  • Produced business requirements and functional specifications documents (used by software development team to facilitate design of user interfaces and software functionality)
