- Beginning from Houston Community College internship, worked with immediate supervisor in starting a successful, new program to provide in-house PC maintenance and repair, supporting approximately 500 users throughout hospital offices
- Acquired new knowledge of PC internal component level operations and modem, network, and peripherals connections
